By using EchoGateway, operated by Echo Systems Network Ltd, you agree to these terms.

The service

EchoGateway lets businesses accept payments through licensed payment processors. We are not a bank, and payments are processed by the processor the payer chooses.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in details and API keys safe, and turn on two-factor authentication. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass its security, or interfere with other users.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for outages of processors, banks or networks outside our control.

Changes

We may update these terms and will tell merchants about material changes by email.
